ROYAL PARKS

Royal Parks, located in London Ontario, is a residential project developed by Foxwood Homes. Royal Parks phase II consists of 63 urban towns, which is part of the whole project - Gates of Hyde Park. It is estimated that the construction will begin in July 2022. Sirius Capital is the investor in Royal Parks phase II.

1. Or,

2. An individual who, either alone or with a spouse, beneficially owns financial assets having an aggregate realizable value that before taxes, but net of any related liabilities, exceeds $1,000,000. Or,

3. An individual who, either alone or with a spouse, has net assets of at least $5,000,000.
